- Opt for the PLATINUM Package and pay just a £249 fee on registration followed by an administration fee on the sale of your property. There is no additional commission fee payable.
Administration Fee Structure – how it works:
- If we sell your property within 3 months of instruction, you pay a £999 administration fee.
- If we sell your property within 4-8 months of instruction, you pay a £599 administration fee.
- If we take any longer than 9 months to sell your property, you pay a £299 administration fee.
