PROPERTY VIEWING

Viewing trips are the best way to really get to learn more about a property, it’s surrounding area and facilities. How you do this is entirely up to you and we will help you every step of the way.

Once we have agreed on a range of things including locations, budget, property types and facilities we can help you arrange the viewing trip to suit you. It may be that a developer-subsidised trip meets your requirements but in some cases a different approach is required. Every trip is unique because the schedule is personalised to your particular requirements. So when you go, how long you stay and what you do whilst you’re there is tailored to you so that you achieve all of your objectives before returning home.

In all cases you will have polite and knowledgeable people on hand to make your time both enjoyable and rewarding

You can of course make your own way there or take time out from a pre-arranged holiday to view a property. If you decide to do this we will agree an itinerary with you in advance so you know exactly what’s happening and when but most importantly it will be at your convenience.
